I’ve spent most of my life in the kitchen, where my love for baking has grown into a real passion for curating recipes and experimenting with flavors. For me, baking is more than just following steps—it’s about turning simple ingredients into something that brings people joy. Like Kafka said, "Baking is about transformation. Mini Key Lime Cheesecakes
An old friend from middle school reached out to me over Mother's Day to help him do something special for his mom. While I haven't made these before, I didn't follow the proposed recipe either --making it my own as things came together! These mini cakes have a spiced graham cracker crust, fresh & fluffy key-lime cheesecake, topped with a homemade lime whipped cream frosting & garnished with a dried lime wheel.

Dark Chocolate Toffee Cookie
Sometimes you just have to use up what you have in the kitchen, and that's what this cookie is. Filled with roughly chopped dark chocolate and toffee bits, then rolled in chocolate jimmies.

Tres Leches Creme Buns
A spin on the classic Italian Cream Bun, I soaked these fluffy cakes in sweet cream and topped with a fresh whipped cream.

Spiced Clementine Baklava
This light and crispy baklava is soaked in a spiced clementine syrup and filled with a pistachio and walnut clementine filling. Cut into uniform bite sized pieces for easy distribution at parties.

Peach Ricotta Cookies
These cookies may look sweet, but they pack a good punch. Made with a classic Italian cookie then soaked in peach schnapps, and sandwiched together with a peach ricotta filling. Finally, rolled in colored caster sugar, serving with a mint leaf is optional.

B&W Tuxedo Cookies
Another classic here, the Black & White Tuxedo cookie is made with browned butter, chopped white and dark chocolate, and topped with flaky salt. A cookie you'll be thinking about all day.

Tres Leches Cake
This light and airy sponge cake is soaked in a luscious blend of evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Topped with whipped cream and fresh berries, it's the perfect treat for those warm summer nights.

Pistachio & Honey Mascarpone Cake
For my birthday cake, I created this light pistachio cake using a homemade pistachio butter and sweet cream. It is then filled with a plum compote and covered in a whipped honey & mascarpone frosting. It is finally finished with fresh slices of white peaches, blackberries & plums, crushed pistachios, fresh thyme sprigs and a drizzle of honey. This has definitely become a new staple recipe in Peachy Keane's cookbook.

Creme Brûlée Cream Puffs & Cookies
Using traditional Creme Brûlée cream, each classic puff is filled and are then dipped in caramelized sugar to achieve the signature caramelized taste and crunch factor. Each cookie has piped cream on top and are all then coated in caster sugar and torched to create a new spin on an all-time classic dessert. .
